The TGE Vardos Command Network collects only the minimum information necessary to operate this platform. Depending on how you interact with the site, we may collect the following categories of data:

• Roblox Account Data: When you authenticate via Roblox OAuth, we receive your Roblox username and Roblox user ID. This is used solely to determine your rank and access level within The Galactic Empire group.
• Group Rank Data: Your rank within the TGE Army Group and, where applicable, the Imperial Security Bureau group is queried at the time of login to assign you the correct permission tier on this platform.
• Usage Data: Actions you perform while authenticated — such as editing directives, issuing blacklist entries, or modifying guidelines — are logged in the site's audit system for accountability and security purposes.
• Voluntarily Submitted Data: Any content you submit through the site (directive text, blacklist entries, notes) is stored as part of platform operation.

We do not collect payment information, physical addresses, email addresses, or any sensitive personal data beyond what is described above.

Information collected through this network is used exclusively for the following operational purposes:

• Authenticating your identity and verifying your Imperial rank to grant appropriate access levels.
• Displaying your username within the audit log and change history for command accountability.
• Maintaining the integrity of the directive system, blacklist registry, and guideline records.
• Enforcing platform rules and investigating suspected misconduct or unauthorized access.
• Notifying High Command of significant administrative actions through the audit system.

Your data is never used for advertising, marketing, or sold to any third party for commercial purposes.

This site uses Roblox OAuth 2.0 to handle authentication. When you log in, you are redirected to Roblox's official authorization page. We do not receive or store your Roblox password at any time.

The information returned to us by Roblox upon successful authentication is limited to your Roblox username, user ID, and group rank data — as permitted by the OAuth scopes you authorize. This exchange is governed by Roblox's own Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to review at roblox.com.

This site does not currently integrate with Discord for authentication, though Discord identity data may be optionally associated with accounts by High Command personnel. No Discord tokens or passwords are ever stored.

We do not use third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking pixels.

All platform content — including directives, guidelines, blacklist entries, the Terms of Service, the audit log, and the changelog — is stored in a MySQL database hosted on the TGE web server at tgeimperial.com. This means all data is shared across all visitors in real time. Changes made by authorized personnel are visible to everyone within seconds.

Your login session (username, Roblox ID, and assigned role) is stored locally in your browser via localStorage. This means you remain logged in on your own device between visits, but your session is never transmitted to or shared with other users.

Audit log entries are retained for a rolling maximum of 200 entries, after which the oldest records are automatically removed from the database. Blacklist entries remain active until manually removed by authorized personnel, at which point they are moved to the Expired Blacklists registry and retained for reference.

You may clear your local session at any time by logging out or clearing your browser's localStorage for this site.

This site does not use tracking cookies. We make use of browser localStorage and sessionStorage for the following strictly functional purposes:

• tge_user — Stores your authenticated session data (username, Roblox ID, role) locally so you remain logged in between page visits. This data stays on your device only and is never sent to other users.
• tge_oauth_state / tge_oauth_pending (sessionStorage) — Temporarily used during the OAuth login flow for security state verification. These are deleted immediately after login completes.

All other platform data — directives, guidelines, blacklists, audit logs, the changelog, and the Terms of Service — is stored in and served from a MySQL database on the TGE server, not in your browser. This ensures all visitors see the same live content at all times.

The site polls the server every 5 seconds for changes. If new content is detected, it is fetched and rendered automatically. These polling requests contain no personal data — only a request for a change-detection hash.

None of the localStorage entries are accessible to third parties. You can review and clear them via your browser's developer tools at any time.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for commercial purposes under any circumstances.

Your information may be disclosed in the following limited circumstances:

• Within TGE Command: Your username and actions may be visible to High Command and authorized personnel through the audit log, for accountability and platform security purposes.
• Legal Compliance: If required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority, information may be disclosed to the extent required to comply with such legal obligations.
• Platform Security: In cases of suspected unauthorized access, exploitation, or abuse of the platform, relevant log data may be reviewed by TGE High Command to investigate and remediate the issue.

All users retain the following rights with respect to their data on this platform:

• Right to Access: You may request a summary of any data held about you by contacting TGE High Command through official Imperial channels.
• Right to Deletion: You may request that your audit log entries, blacklist records, or other data associated with your account be reviewed and removed. Since all content data is stored server-side, deletion requests must be directed to TGE High Command and will be actioned via the server database where lawful and reasonable.
• Right to Correction: If data held about you is factually inaccurate, you may request a correction through the appropriate command channels.
• Session Removal: You can remove your local login session at any time by logging out of the platform or clearing your browser's localStorage. This does not remove server-side records such as audit log entries.

To exercise any of the above rights, contact TGE High Command via the official TGE Discord server or through Roblox group communications.

We take reasonable precautions to protect the integrity of this platform and the data within it. Security measures in place include:

• OAuth 2.0 state parameter verification to protect against CSRF attacks during the login flow.
• Role-based access control, ensuring that sensitive operations (editing directives, managing blacklists, viewing the audit log) are restricted to verified, rank-appropriate personnel only.
• All authentication is handled via Roblox's official OAuth infrastructure — no credentials pass through this site directly.
• Hardcoded user ID maps for Emperor and High Command rank verification provide an additional layer of identity assurance beyond group rank alone.

However, no system is completely immune to security risks. We encourage all personnel to use secure, up-to-date browsers and to log out of the platform when using shared devices. You should report any suspected security vulnerabilities to High Command immediately.

This platform is operated in connection with a Roblox community. Roblox's platform is accessible to users of all ages, and as such some members of TGE may be under the age of 13 or under the applicable age of digital consent in their jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly collect personal data beyond Roblox usernames and user IDs. No additional identifying information is solicited from or required of any user, regardless of age. If a parent or guardian believes their child has submitted information to this platform that they wish to have removed, they should contact TGE High Command through official channels and the request will be handled promptly.

TGE High Command reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this document and, where significant, noted in the platform's Changelog.

Continued use of the TGE Vardos Command Network following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage all personnel to review this document periodically.
